Jack Gates is a professionally trained actor and 2019 graduate of the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA). Alongside his performance training, he brings over five years of hands-on experience working in office environments, including logistics and administrative roles.
For more than five years, Jack has delivered corporate roleplay training for major organisations including Amazon and Addleshaw Goddard, supporting professionals in developing stronger communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. His experience spans a range of sectors, where he has helped teams rehearse high-stakes conversations in realistic, high-pressure scenarios.
Jack is highly skilled in improvisation and adapts quickly to evolving situations, allowing him to create authentic and challenging roleplay environments. Known for his professionalism, emotional intelligence, and strong awareness of body language and presence, he delivers sessions that are engaging, practical, and impactful. He also has extensive experience leading large groups in both fitness and educational settings, bringing energy, structure, and confidence to every room he works in.

With over 5 years’ experience working as a drama-based learning and communication practitioner, Michael has facilitated and performed in corporate role-play and coaching workshops in a variety of business environments - including law firms, accounting firms, governmental departments, energy providers and housing associations (as well as other industries such as healthcare, police and the military).
Having trained as an actor at ALRA and also worked extensively in theatre, television and film, Michael has a wealth of performance and improvisational experience, which he uses to bring a realism and adaptability to all forms of simulated roleplay scenario. At ease working with individuals, teams and large audiences, he is comfortable adapting tone, stakes and feedback style depending on the context - and has a proven track record in teaching and developing the communication skills vital to workplace success.
